His tireless work ethic and unwavering dedication were rewarded with the acquisition of a real estate broker/owner license and numerous awards for outstanding sales achievements. This early success was tied to his desire for growth and development. Eventually, Kuri would begin a life-changing career opportunity at Prudential. His determination to acquire various licenses further cemented his reputation as a consummate professional.

1991, Frank ventured into mortgage banking, starting as a loan originator. He skillfully mastered in-house and media-driven originations while building a thriving referral-based business. Eventually, he secured the position of the #1 originator at a prominent national mortgage bank.

By 1999, he had already showcased his visionary leadership qualities. Recognizing the significance of the branch concept in the mortgage industry, he pioneered the creation of a branch division, overseeing the opening of 30 branch offices across 15 states. Year after year, these branches consistently closed transactions totaling more than $750 million.
